Skylabs Development & Construction GmbH, headquartered in  Heidelberg, acts as project developer and asset manager for the  Max-Jarecki-Foundation. Our collective experience, as well as our  present and future goals are focused around the development of office  and laboratory real estate. Since 2009, in cooperation with numerous local, regional, national and  international partners, we have been planning and developing sites in  the up-and-coming Bahnstadt district of Heidelberg. We build, market,  maintain, rent out and hold the properties in our portfolio.
