Skylabs Development & Construction GmbH, headquartered in  Heidelberg, acts as project developer and asset manager for the  Max-Jarecki-Foundation. Their collective experience, as well as their present and future goals are focused around the development of office  and laboratory real estate. Since 2009, in cooperation with numerous local, regional, national and  international partners, Skylabs has been planning and developing sites in  the up-and-coming Bahnstadt district of Heidelberg. They build, market,  maintain, rent out and hold the properties in their portfolio.
