GUIDED Development GmbH was founded in 2014 by Rico Laage and is located in Heidelberg.

Our mission is to be a flexible provider of support, service, and consulting for clinical development of therapeutics especially for small biotech, startups-projects and investigator sponsored trials.

We offer solutions and hands-on-support for many problems young companies and project face when entering preclinical and clinical development. We give you access to our network of specialist and help you to select the right service partners, investigators and CROs as well as manage and control them. We work according to ICH-GCP and support you in setting up your own minimal QM system that fits your organization.
