The collaborative project BioRN Academy is charged with the further development of high potentials in management and leadership skills in life sciences. The program includes an MBA Life Science Management, a Master of Business in Life Sciences, trainings in management and leadership skills as well as trainings in business planning and start up management. The Career Development Center (CDC) focuses on the identification and career advancement of high potentials. Benefits offered: Accompanying carreer coaching; mentoring by upper level managers from the biotech cluster. The CDC is addressed to postgraduates from life sciences with first professional experience.
Partners of the collaborative project are the Graduate School Rhine-Neckar, Graf & Associate, Roche and the University of Applied Sciences Heidelberg.
The BioRN Academy Association coordinates the collaborative project BioRN Academy; contact point at present is the BioRN Cluster Management GmbH (info@biorn.org). In addition to the project partners, the founding members of the BioRN Academy Association are Mannheim University, the BioRN Cluster Management and the Rhine-Neckar BioRegion.
